2024 Workplace Experiences Survey - Learn about the results!
From Nov. 4-22, 2024, LFS staff and faculty had the opportunity to share their experiences about working at UBC through the 2024 Workplace Experiences Survey (WES). The survey included questions related to professional growth, inclusion and respect, health and wellbeing, and overall satisfaction. Based on the findings, the Faculty’s priorities will be on Communications and Faculty Tenure & Promotion.
